Dusk and Demons by ~bleachrave:iconbleachrave:

As the dusk cries out and the shadows crawl
The echoes dance and the starlight falls
Whisperers begin their deceitful songs
And the wrongdoers do right, the right do wrong

As the third hour of day beckons new games
Those still awake are caught in the rain
Heightened shadows and blackened skies
Life has been grounded, and darkness flies

As the moon bleeds and the stars ache
Lovers of strife will begin to quake
The hour of tricks has come to an end
An indescribable force begins to descend

And as the Hour of Matins begins its long stride
The followers of death, to the depths confide
For though in their time, they hold all of the power
They’ve given their lives, for just that one hour

Hmm.... well, I wrote this when I was supposed to be working on homework... XD

And apparently, it's somewhat religious... XD Which is strange, since I'm pretty agnostic.... =P ..... Whatever. :)

That's pretty sweet! I love the subject/theme of (divine) judgement. It's not necessarily religious, except for the "Hour of Matins" part. I didn't even know what Matin meant until I looked it up, because I'm religiously stupid. I just knew that it meant "morning" in French, which makes sense I guess. XD

haha, well, it talks about the witching hour and the demons and god coming down and delivering judgement and whatnot. XD

Agnostic is the belief in a higher being, but that nothing can be known of that higher being....

Hmm, I just looked up the canonical hours on wikipedia, and does anyone seriously pray that much every day? Haha.
So are you taking French at school?
